Services

All services are custom tailored to each clients specific needs. I believe that vulnerability is essential for true healing and my intention is to provide a safe space for you to exist in while you're in my care. The services below are meant to establish an intention for treatment but may include techniques from various modalities to accommodate the mind, body and emotional self; every massage is intuition based.

Medical Massage

The intention is on chronic and acute conditions such as fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, ankylosing spondylitis, sciatic/ piriformis syndrome, poor posture, kinked neck, tension headaches, migraines, TMJ, plantar fasciitis, pre/ post op surgery, degenerative disc disease and many other conditions. This services aims to improve range of motion (ROM), decrease pain, aid in stress management and improve ones over-all quality of life.

Restorative Massage

This is where we focus on your mental and emotional self to understand how they are presenting in physical ways in the body. The emphasis is on stress, depression and anxiety and how to establish balance in the body to improve ones quality of life. As someone who lives with depression and anxiety I understand how heavy the world can feel so I take extra care to understand where my clients are at so that I can provide the most genuine care possible.

Cupping

My form of cupping aims to release fascial restrictions and improve ROM. To achieve this I perform massage first, then I have my clients get dressed so that I can apply the cups. Once the cups are on I put people through ROM which is what helps to open the fascia, increasing ROM and decreasing pain. This can be added on to any massage service for no extra cost but also no extra time, more time will have an added cost. Clients with breast tissue are asked to bring a sports bra to change into and all clients should bring shorts if doing lower body cupping.

Athletic Massage

An athlete is described as someone who works out at least 1 hour a day for 3 days a week. Here, the intention is set on improving athletic performance and treating issues that may arise during training. Common areas of focus are shoulders, lower back, knees and ankles. These areas and the surrounding muscles take on a lot of load from training so increasing circulation, release fascial restrictions, improving lymphatic flow and clearing out adhesions help to improve ROM and increase muscle strength potential.

Integrative Massage

This is about meeting the body where its at by understanding your lifestyle and your intentions in your wellness journey. Here, we incorporate any and all techniques geared towards what your body needs. This is a very intuition based massage that gives me the freedom to assess and explore while also giving you the freedom to simply exist. The body knows what it wants even if you don't so self trust is important as your body does what it can to heal itself.

Wellness Coaching

Through personalized coaching sessions, I guide individuals toward achieving balance, vitality, and a deeper connection to themselves. My approach integrates mental, emotional, and physical wellness to help you navigate challenges, set meaningful goals, and cultivate sustainable practices for a more aligned and empowered life. Together, we’ll create a plan tailored to your unique journey, fostering growth, resilience, and self-discovery. This is about education and instruction around self-care practices and defining what wellness is to you. Sessions can be either virtual or in person.
